With more than 20 years in the commercial banking market, Rick has a great deal of experience working with closely held businesses in all industries. Rick is active in the community and has served as a board member of the YMCA of Dane County, a loaned executive for United Way and is a business leader for Junior Achievement.

Tom is a graduate of the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin and has been employed in the financial services industry for more than 25 years. He serves as our Cottage Grove Market Manager and is actively involved in the Cottage Grove and Monona communities. Tom is a member of the Cottage Grove Lions Club and Monona Grove Optimist Club. He also serves on other local committees including the Ambassador Committee for the Cottage Grove Chamber of Commerce.

Carney holds a bachelor's degree in sociology with a minor in psychology from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse. She has over 5 years of commercial banking experience. Wendy was formerly a personal banker/business development with Wisconsin Community Bank. Wendy also has experience as a cash management officer, managing a portfolio of large commercial banking customers, and as a small business banker. Wendy is a member of The Business Form and volunteers her time on the Fund Development Committee.

With several years of banking experience, Kevin can help new and existing businesses grow. He holds a bachelor's degree in finance and economics from the University of Wisconsin-LaCrosse. Kevin was previously a credit analyst, analyzing commercial loan applications.
